Migraine headaches are one form of headaches associated with an aura. If it’s a classic migraine you may feel dizzy, nauseous, or see scintillating strobe-like flashing lights. These are warning signs to classic migraine sufferers that a headache is looming.
There are some well known predisposing factors that trigger these migraine headaches like, wine, chocolate, caffeine, cheeses etc. If you get a migraine headache it may help lying in a quiet, dimly lit room.
